I'm Shruti Tanna, I specialize in strategic direction and operational clarity for founders who have built something real but can no longer see the business clearly from inside it.
I spent 15 years leading operations across complex corporate environments. In that time I saw the same pattern repeatedly. The challenge was rarely a lack of strategy. It was what happened after the direction was set. Priorities unclear. Ownership diffused. Leaders carrying far more than they should.
That gap between knowing and doing is where I have always worked most naturally.
I transitioned out of corporate to bring that same capability directly to founders. Specifically, founders who have built something real but have become the bottleneck inside it. My work installs the structure, clarity and rhythm that allows a business to move forward without running through one person.
Alongside this I work with individuals navigating significant personal and professional transitions through one on one coaching.
